After salvation, God invites every believer into a life of obedience, growth, and service. These next steps are designed to ground you in truth and guide you into God’s purpose for your life.
Next Steps
INTRODUCTION
We invite you to take that next step today.
1
BAPTISM
A Step of Obedience After Salvation
Baptism is an important next step for every believer in Jesus Christ. It does not save—salvation comes by grace through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). But baptism follows salvation as an outward expression of the inward change that has taken place.
In the Bible, every example of baptism comes after a person has believed in Christ (Acts 2:41; Acts 8:36-38; Acts 10:47-48). It is a public testimony that identifies a believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus (Romans 6:4). Baptism declares, “I belong to Christ.”
If you’ve trusted Jesus as your Savior, baptism is your first step of obedience. It doesn’t make you more saved—but it does show that you are not ashamed of Jesus Christ.

DISCIPLESHIP
Building a Life That Lasts
Coming to faith in Christ is just the beginning. After salvation and baptism, what comes next isn’t guesswork—it’s growth. We don’t stumble into maturity. We walk there—step by step, and through discipleship, we’ll take you through that road.
Our 16-week discipleship course is designed to lay down the solid foundations of the Christian life. Week by week, you’ll explore what it means to live out your faith—how to pray, study Scripture, fight temptation, share the Gospel, and stand strong when life hits hard.
We weren’t saved to sit still. We are saved to grow. Let’s build on what God has started.

What will happen now that I am saved? How could it affect my daily life?
This lesson answers the basic questions of a newly saved individual.

JOIN A MINISTRY
Serve Where You Are Needed
Christian service is both a privilege and a responsibility. After salvation and spiritual growth, believers are called to contribute actively within the local church. Ministry is the means by which we edify one another, strengthen the body of Christ, and carry out the work of the Gospel together.
We believe every member should serve in a specific area suited to both their ability and the current needs of the church. Ministry is not about preference, but faithfulness. It is an opportunity to give, not to gain.
If you are ready to take this step, we invite you to begin with a ministry where your presence can make the greatest impact.
There is always a place to serve in the church.

SOULWINNING
Carry the Gospel Forward
The Great Commission is not reserved for a few; it is the clear command of Christ to every believer. Sharing the Gospel is not optional—it is essential. As recipients of salvation, we are now ambassadors of that same message to a lost and dying world.
Being a soulwinner is not about talent or personality. It is about obedience, compassion, and boldness rooted in the truth of God’s Word. Whether through structured approach or daily conversations, every believer is called to actively seek the lost.
This next step is not merely about learning how to witness—it is about becoming a faithful messenger of Christ.
