We are Bethany Baptist Church, hereinafter referred to as “Bethany” and our website address is: https://bethanyeu.org, hereinafter referred to collectively as the “website”.

This Privacy Policy, effective as from March 2025, describes Bethany Baptist Church’s current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by Bethany through its website. This policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Rules”.

The materials contained in this website are provided for general information purposes only and are not intended to provide legal or other professional advice. Bethany accepts no responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage which may arise from reliance on information published in this website. 

Bethany is continually improving and adding new functionality and features to its website. Furthermore, Bethany is regularly adding content, specifically relevant information on its services and programs. Because of these ongoing changes, this Privacy Policy may be amended at any time. Such amendments shall be reflected to this document.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the administrators of Bethany (also “we”, “the Controller”), collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the https://bethanyeu.orgt website. “You” – The user of the Website.
